Treat your body with respect. If your body is hungry, feed it. If your body wants to move, move it. If your body is tired, give it a rest. Your body speaks to you, it knows what it needs. Just listen to him carefully and serve him.

Emotions can aggravate existing pain or be the cause of certain pain, this is called somatization. An emotion that is too strong, if it is repressed, will express itself through the body.
Here are 10 pains related to your emotional state :
1. Back pain
The expression “to have your back full” does not exist by chance. People suffering from back pain have a heavy psychological burden to carry daily: weight of responsibilities, accumulation of workload, personal problems, etc.
Rest and relaxation exercises will promote relaxation of the back muscles.
2. Headaches
Headaches are often directly related to stress. It could be tension headaches. Tension headaches result in pain in the neck, temples, or forehead. They cover a large part of the head (helmet effect).
Taking painkillers, rest and good hydration promote healing.
3. Stomach ache
The stomach called the “second brain” since the discovery of 200 million neurons in the digestive system, is the epicenter of the psychePain occurs when there is an inability to “digest” an event. This then becomes trauma and digs the nest of chronic stomach pain.
If the health examinations reveal nothing abnormal, it is, therefore, advisable to undertake psychotherapy to treat it.
4. Aches in the muscles
Muscles are related to suppleness and flexibility. In general, muscle pain reveals that too intense and brutal effort has taken place. But they can also, in the absence of physical exercise, be caused by a chronic illness or by repressed emotions.
To soothe psychological muscle pain, it is advisable to be laxer in the face of life and to accept that you cannot always control the situation.
5. Teeth ache
Toothaches or gum pain reflect on the psychic level an inability to make important decisions in one's life and especially to express them. The oral area is the speech area par excellence.
The difficulty in communicating can cause toothache ("inside"), which refers to the interiority of the body since the words could not, or knew how to be expressed.
6. Sore hands
The hands are linked to the relational sphere in the psychosomatic register.
Having sore hands (tension, pain, rigidity) shows the difficulty of being in the world, and the inability to give, take or receive because the will to control and mastery is stronger.
Constantly clenched fists, which give rise to early osteoarthritis, also indicate this state of withdrawal into oneself without the desire for external communication.
7. Neck pain
The neck is the link between the head and the body, between the world of ideas and that of action.
Neck pain may reveal an inability to externalize ideas and implement them. Tensions and blockages in the neck, such as torticollis, thus express the conflict between reality and deep desires that cannot coexist, hence this feeling of impediment, starting with the own mobility of his neck.
8. Shoulder pain
Shoulder pain can mean that something or someone is too heavy to carry. An invisible emotional burden thus weighs on the shoulders daily
It is necessary, in this case, to seek to lighten his life by refocusing on the things essential to his well-being.
If you are a helping person, you should get help yourself to “discharge yourself”.
9. Hip pain (or both)
Having pain in one or both hips means an inability to move forward and great resistance to change. Fear of losing one's bearings, fear of making important decisions, etc., pain in the hip prevents movement and latitude of movement.
It is advisable in this case to list your fears and refocus on your desires without them being frightening.
10. Knee pain
The knee is a highly mobile joint that moves front to back, back to front, left to right, and right to left. Having knee pain (provided the pain is not of traumatic origin) restricts freedom of movement and reflects a certain lack of flexibility, like the reed which bends but does not break.
Letting go and accepting the turn of events without resistance reduces pain.
