You know it like me, that when a problem survives, rare are the people who admit themselves with sincerity - "It's my fault". As a reflex, people first look for the causes of their misfortune outside them.
If you are looking for the causes of your problems in the wrong places, your brain will also instinctively look for solutions in the wrong direction. This is how people spend their lives in search of their joy, their appeasement, and their inner peace outside of themselves.
As the saying goes, "If youth knew, if old age could".
Fortunately, it happens by a miracle that a click occurs from a word, an image, an experience, a memory, a silence. So our whole life will take a new turn. To better illustrate the fact, refer to this story:
Once upon a time, in the vast territory of America, a beggar had been sitting by the side of a road for more than 30 years. One day a stranger walked past him.
-Do you have some coins for me? holding up his old baseball cap to collect coins.
-I have nothing to give you. Answered the stranger ,who asked him afterwards: What are you sitting on?
-Nothing ! answered the beggar. It's just a crate that I have used as a seat for as long as I can remember.
-Have you ever looked at what was inside? Asked the stranger.
-Nope! replied the beggar _For what reason! !! But there is nothing in it.
-Throw a punch in it, insisting the stranger.
The beggar managed to open the lid, and found that the box contains the plain of gold within it. Most of the time, many people do not know what is inside them. Like this beggar, he did not know that the box on which he used to sit was in fact the golden jewelry box of pre-war royalty, carried away by the crowd.
Those who have not yet found the radiant joy of being, and the deep and unshakable peace that accompanies it, turn to the outside world to reap some piece of pleasure from satisfaction, to feel confirmed or loved. As they dwell within them, a treasure that not only resembles all these things but is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer them.
The goal here is to make you aware of the fact that whatever the obstacles you encounter down here, remember to always look within yourself. Perhaps the solution is already there. And know that in case your problem has a solution, then there is no need to worry about it. "If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?" – Shantideva
